Facilitator

In my Learning & Development work, I am proud to be a long-standing Associate (in some cases for over 20 years!) of several world leading training consultancies and role play companies.

I hold a BA Hons in Politics & Sociology (Durham University). In my Sociological studies I focused on areas of identity and social psychology. I gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting with Distinction from GSA and have an ILM Qualification in Role Play & Facilitation Skills. I have an extensive background in experiential training through Forum Theatre, Simulations and Real Play which brings learning to life, enabling participants to “try on” behaviours through design & facilitation of interactive workshops.

With a coaching approach, since 2002 I have helped train over 180 organisations (including many FTSE 100 companies) in 20 countries across central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia, as well as doing online deliveries to North America and Australasia.

Comfortable working at all levels of seniority from Graduates to Board Directors, I have trained leadership skills development within a diverse range of organisations.

Public sector work has included central & local Government, regulatory bodies and the UK Emergency Services. I have also worked widely in the private sector including pharmaceutical, medical, finance, legal, transport, manufacturing, utility, tech, media, telecoms, retail, charity, sport, education and consultancy.

Programmes I have delivered as lead Trainer include Performance Management, Managing Difficult Conversations, Emotional Intelligence, Communicating with Confidence, Presentation Skills, Recruitment and Remote Working.
